2. Services Provided

Crash Nation TT provides an online platform where users can:

• Upload vehicles for sale (TT$100 per listing).
• Choose optional advertising (3.5% fee on sale).
• Subscribe to membership plans for additional benefits.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete information.
• Only upload vehicles you are legally authorized to sell.
• Comply with all laws and regulations in Trinidad & Tobago.
• Refrain from uploading harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content.

4. Payments

• All fees are clearly displayed at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely through approved gateways (WiPay, First Atlantic Commerce).
• Crash Nation TT is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.

5. Listings & Moderation

• All vehicle submissions are subject to review and moderation.
• Crash Nation TT reserves the right to reject or remove any listing that violates our policies.
• Photos are automatically watermarked for security.

6. Memberships

• Memberships are available in 1-, 6-, and 12-month plans.
• After payment, members are redirected to a private Telegram group.
• Memberships are non-transferable and tied to your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Crash Nation TT provides the platform “as is.”
• We are not responsible for the outcome of vehicle sales, negotiations, or third-party communications.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad & Tobago.
